This Privacy Policy applies to OJAS EV (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated at ojasev.com. We offer electric vehicle sales, rentals, delivery mobility and franchise / partner programmes in India.

2. Information we collect
We collect information that you give us and information that is created when you use our website or services, including:
- Account details — name, mobile number, email, username, city and profile information when you register or update your account.
- Referral details — the referral code / username used at signup, and your OJAS ID, so we can show your team network inside the app.
- Purchase and rental requests — the bike you choose (such as OJAS Lite or OJAS Go), payment preference (full payment or EMI), city and related notes.
- Support messages — tickets, complaints and the files you attach when you contact us.
- Usage data — pages visited, device / browser type, IP address, login time and cookies that help the site work.
You can browse public pages without creating an account. Some features, such as dashboard, team, wallet and purchase requests, need a registered login.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your OJAS EV account;
- process buy / rent / franchise enquiries and contact you about them;
- show referral team, business volume and related in-app reports;
- send important service messages (login, booking, support);
- improve the website, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure;
- comply with Indian law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal data to other companies for their marketing.
4. Payments
Online payments, if enabled, are processed through secure payment partners. OJAS EV does not store your full card, UPI PIN or banking password on our servers. Payment partners may collect the information they need to complete the transaction under their own privacy terms.

- trusted service providers who host the website, send email / SMS, or process payments, under confidentiality obligations;
- showroom / franchise partners when needed to complete a purchase, rental or service request in your city;
- authorities when the law requires us to disclose information, or to protect rights, safety and property.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser. If you block some cookies, login and other features may not work correctly.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
We keep your account data while your account is active. After you ask us to close the account, we delete or anonymise personal data unless a law, dispute, tax or accounting rule requires us to keep it longer.

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. OJAS EV services are meant for adults. Vehicle purchase, rental and partner programmes are not offered to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, with the last-updated date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
