1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit ojasev.com, create an OJAS EV account, send a buy or rent request, use the partner dashboard, or otherwise use our services. By using the website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or create an account.
2. Who we are
OJAS EV (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers electric vehicle sales, rentals, delivery mobility and franchise / partner programmes in India. You can reach us at contact@ojasev.com or +91 77770 47899.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India to create an account, buy or rent a vehicle, or join as a partner. You confirm that the information you give us is true and up to date.
4. Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Username is linked to your mobile number and may be used as a referral code.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Buying an OJAS EV
Product pages and purchase requests for models such as OJAS Lite and OJAS Go are invitations to enquire. A purchase is confirmed only after our team verifies availability, price, documents and payment with you.
- Prices, specifications, colours and delivery timelines can change before confirmation.
- Full payment and EMI options, if shown, are subject to partner / financier approval.
- Registration, insurance, RTO charges and accessories may be extra unless we say they are included.
6. Renting an OJAS EV
Rental plans (including illustrative rates such as ₹200 / 10 hours and ₹500 / day) are a guide until a booking is confirmed for a specific city, duration and vehicle.
- You must hold a valid driving licence and follow traffic law while the vehicle is with you.
- Return the vehicle on time, in the condition agreed, with battery and documents as instructed.
- Damage, theft, traffic fines, extra hours and missing accessories may be charged to you.
- We may refuse or cancel a rental if documents are incomplete or the vehicle is unavailable.
7. Franchise and partners
Showroom, franchise or delivery-partner requests are not an offer of a guaranteed income, salary or investment return. Any commercial terms are set out only in a separate written agreement. Do not rely on dashboard figures, sample plans or marketing copy as a promise of earnings.
8. Referral network
If you share your username / referral code, new users who register with that code may appear in your team (up to the levels shown in the app). Introducing commission, if enabled, is calculated only on eligible completed business as described inside the logged-in app. We may change, pause or stop referral rewards if required for legal, technical or operational reasons.
9. Payments
Payments, if taken online, go through secure payment partners. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN or banking password. Chargebacks, unpaid dues or failed payments may delay or cancel an order. Refunds, if any, follow the specific booking or purchase confirmation — not a general cash-back on every enquiry.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any Indian law, or use the site for fraud, phishing or unauthorised access;
- copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform except as allowed by law;
- upload malware, spam or content that is illegal, hateful or exploitative of children;
- misuse support tickets or impersonate OJAS EV or another person;
- interfere with other users’ accounts or with the security of the website.
11. Intellectual property
The OJAS EV name, logo, tagline “Energy in Motion”, website design, photos and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for your own brand or product without written permission.
12. Availability and liability
We try to keep ojasev.com available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The website and information are provided as a guide. To the extent allowed by Indian law, OJAS EV is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will post the latest version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may close your account by contacting us. We may stop providing a service or close an account if these Terms are broken or if the law requires it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
